As long as we have employees, there will be questions about our compensation plans. Most experienced managers have some standard answers, but few actually understand the reasons behind the answers. This session explores the questions employees ask and discusses the appropriate response. More importantly, we’ll provide real examples of why, how, and why not. Of course, the session is a great opportunity to ask questions of a front-line comp professional with over thirty years of solid HR experience from which to draw real-life examples.
