Fireside Chat

Fireside Chat: The Election is Over. Now What?

As part of our Family Business Month Celebration, The Legacy Centre welcomes you to a Fireside Chat and panel discussion: "The Election is Over. Now What?"

The election is over. What’s next for America and your family business? On November 29 at our first Fireside Chat, we will tackle that question with a panel of experts. With a sharply divided nation and a plethora of problems looming, the pressure is on... Join us for a conversation among friends about how the election affects issues like taxes, succession & estate planning, investment strategies, and healthcare benefits.

Make plans to join us for a lively discussion and hors d'oeuvres at Seasons in Bearden! Please be advised that seating is limited to the first 50 registered (almost full!), and there is a nominal charge of $25 for non-members.

Meet the Panelists:

Panelists

Our first Fireside Chat will feature panelists who are experts in their respective fields. According to their disciplines, they will discuss the impact of the election decision upon your family-owned or closely held business. If you are not familiar with them already, please take a few moments to acquaint yourself with the panelists as you consider your questions:

Phil Bryce, Law Offices of Philip J. Bryce, P.C.
Jeff Lawhorn, Lawhorn CPA Group
Jeff Hinton, Knoxville Benefits Group
Carla Stiner Reel, Knoxville Benefits Group
Randy Tisdale, Alexander, Tisdale, & Wright (ATW)
Porter Alexander, Alexander, Tisdale, & Wright (ATW)

Reserve your seat now and get your questions prepped and ready to fire away... November 29 will be here before you know it!

Hors d'oeuvres, Good Conversation, & (as always) TLC Served.

Note: The Legacy Centre's Fireside Chats is a new series of intimate gatherings for business owners to talk among friends about things that matter. In the spirit (but not necessarily his philosophy) of FDR's Fireside Chats on the radio during the Great Depression, we will address current affairs and other complex issues that raise real concerns. This is a perfect opportunity for family-owned and closely held business owners to ask questions and seek advice.
