The Subject:
Unlocking Potential in Challenging Times
When trying to introduce change, do you feel like pulling out your hair some days? Change is no stranger to resistance. Have you ever wondered how deliberate change happens and what makes it stick? Chris Coyne and his team have spent their professional lives answering those questions and crafting their insights into a process they call Modeof8™. When these three principles and five competencies are applied, organizations can unlock the potential of their employees and leaders.
You see Modeof8™ doesn't live just in those people who heard the talks, had the experiences, and did the coaching. When fully embraced, it complements the organizational culture. Just as a common language allows people to understand each other, Modeof8™ becomes a language of success to align people, goals, and activities of your organization for years to come.
Yes, some days are met with resistance, but the key to unleashing change someday starts with you. In this seminar you will learn…
- How you can make change stick.
- Three principles and five competencies that create a modeof8ed™ culture, personally and organizationally.
- A language of consistent success to align your people, goals, and activities.
Be prepared for personal reflection and deliberate focus on your potential! Chris will fire you up with a passionate blend of experience and humor and challenge you to consider "what's next?" for you and your team.
